Alur Pendaftaran
  • Mendaftarkan akun dengan mengisikan email dan password yang nantinya digunakan untuk mengakses sistem.
  • Silakan login melalui menu LOGIN dengan menggunakan email sebagai username dan password yang sudah anda buat sebelumnya
  • Lengkapi seluruh isian data beserta foto melalui form pendaftaran
  • Melakukan pembayaran uang pendaftaran. Biaya pendaftaran untuk calon mahasiswa adalah sebagai berikut:
    • Rp. 150.000 untuk uang Daftar
    • Rp. 300.000 untuk uang Testing
Total biaya pendaftaran (Daftar + Testing) yang harus di transfer adalah:

Rp. 450.000 (empat ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah)

Dibayarkan ke Bank Sumut Syariah dengan No. Rekening 64002010045923 (Kode Bank : 117) atas nama PMB IJM Langkat
  • Selanjutnya upload bukti bayar melalui sistem. File yang diperkenankan untuk di upload adalah file gambar dengan tipe .jpg dan .jpeg
  • Operator akan melakukan verifikasi atas bukti pendaftaran. Jika bukti bayar anda valid maka akan tersedia tombol untuk download Kartu pendaftaran online.
  • Silakan datang langsung ke bagian pendaftaran kampus IJM Langkat dengan membawa kartu pendaftaran online beserta syarat-syarat pendaftaran.

Syarat Pendaftaran Online

Setelah selesai melakukan pendaftaran secara online (sudah download kartu pendaftaran), wajib membawa dokumen berikut dan diserahkan secara langsung ke Kampus IJM Langkat

  1. Foto Copy Ijazah/SKTL Terakhir yang dilegalisir sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar.
  2. Pas Photo warna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 3 lembar (Latar Belakang Merah) (Laki-laki memakai Peci )dan (Perempuan Memakai Jilbab )
  3. Fotocopy KK 1 (Satu) Lembar

REGISTRATION WAVE
  • WAVE 1 : February 1 to April 30, 2026
  • WAVE 2 : May 1 - July 31, 2026
  • WAVE 3 : August 1 to September 30, 2026
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
  • Graduates of Madrasah Aliyah, SMA, SMK or equivalent
  • Photocopy of the latest legalized diploma/SKTL, 4 (four) sheets.
  • 3 color passport photos size 3 x 4 (red background) (men wearing peci) and (women wearing hijab)
  • Photocopy of Family Card (KK) 1 (One) Sheet
REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees for prospective students are as follows:

  • Rp. 150,000 for registration fee
  • Rp. 300,000 for testing money
The total registration fee (Registration + Testing) that must be transferred is:
Rp. 450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand rupiah)

COMPLETE FILES AFTER ONLINE REGISTRATION

To fulfill the registration requirements after registering online, you must bring the following documents and submit them directly to the IJM Langkat Campus.

  • Photocopy of the latest legalized diploma/SKTL, 4 (four) sheets.
  • 3 color passport photos size 3 x 4 (red background) (men wearing peci) and (women wearing hijab)
  • Photocopy of Family Card (KK) 1 (One) Sheet
