SYARAT PENDAFTARAN
  • SMA / SMK / MA atau sederajat
  • Fotocopy ijazah/SKTL legalisir (4 lembar)
  • Pas foto 3x4 background merah
  • Fotocopy KK (1 lembar)
BIAYA PENDAFTARAN
  • Rp. 150.000 biaya pendaftaran
  • Rp. 300.000 biaya tes
